He Center for Analysis for Democracy (CADLatam) makes his first book available to the public as a free download: «"Besieged Democracies: Crime, Disinformation and Technology in Latin America"», edited by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and presented this Thursday, June 11th at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
The book examines the three fronts that are currently straining the region's democracies: the advance of transnational organized crime, the new order of the disinformation and artificial intelligence, and the dilemmas of the Technological dependence and surveillance.
